Peppermint Frosty returns
In more Wendy's news, the peppermint Frosty will be returning to stores on Tuesday, Nov. 14, the company confirmed to USA TODAY. It will replace the pumpkin spice Frosty, which has been on the menu since early September.
The peppermint flavor was introduced last year for a limited time and was the first holiday-themed Frosty the chain added to its menu.
"It's the classic thick and creamy Frosty that our fans crave with bursts of fresh peppermint," said John Li, vice president of culinary innovation at Wendy's, in a news release last year.

Pumpkin, strawberry and more seasonal flavors
The pumpkin spice Frosty made its debut on Sept. 12, delivering "hints of pumpkin and a blend of warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg for a taste of familiar fall flavors in every bite," according to Wendy's.
"From our summertime Strawberry Frosty to last year's holiday Peppermint Frosty, and now our fall Pumpkin Spice Frosty, we are all about meeting our Frosty fans where they are by bringing familiar, and iconic, seasonal flavors to the menu," said Lindsay Radkoski, chief marketing officer for The Wendy's Company, in a press release announcing its arrival.
Along with the pumpkin spice Frosty, Wendy's also debuted the pumpkin spice frosty cream cold brew this fall. The drink is made with the "same delicious syrup from the pumpkin spice Frosty," according to the company.
